• Group discount of 25% off the price of tickets (minimum of 10 people)
• Group discount PLUS one complimentary ticket for every 20 tickets booked
• School parties receive HALF PRICE tickets, PLUS one complimentary ticket for every 10 tickets booked

Benefits for group bookings:

• Flexible reservations
  To help with organising your group, you can reserve your tickets with nothing to pay until one month before the concert date. During this time you can increase or decrease your reservation as your needs change and know that your tickets are reserved until you are ready to pay.
• Discounted coach hire
  The following companies have kindly offered to provide discounted coach hire:

Please mention that you are a Philharmonia Orchestra group booker when booking your coach in order to obtain your discount.

• Special offers/events
  From time to time we run special offers on tickets exclusively for groups on selected concerts within our season and we also hold special events for group organisers now and then. We will notify you when these offers are available.
• Free flyers
  We can design and print flyers which you can give to your group with details of any information you think will be useful e.g. start/end times of the concert, coach pick-up points and payment details.
• Personal service
  Dedicated staff are always on hand to help with any queries/problems you may have. The Philharmonia Orchestra Information Desk is manned before the concert and during the interval. Why not pop over and say hello? We always like to meet our group bookers. Additionally we have a FREEPHONE Box Office number, 0800 652 6717, which you can contact us on at any time with queries about your bookings at no expense to yourself.
• Introduce a friend
  If you have brought a group of people to one of our concerts and experienced for yourself the delights of the Philharmonia Orchestra, why not spread the word? If you introduce another group booker to the Orchestra and they bring along a group of 10 or more to one of our concerts, you will receive a pair of complimentary tickets to a Philharmonia Orchestra concert of your choice at the Royal Festival Hall.
