Be the first to hear an expansive new piece from leading choral composer Gabriel Jackson.

Commissioned by Three Choirs Festival for tonight’s concert, The World Imagined draws inspiration from poetry and philosophy to create a work contemplating humanity’s place in the universe.

Before, the UK premiere of Ēriks Ešenvalds’s The Pleiades, a piece telling the story of the stars through myths and music, as well as John Adams’s exhilarating Short Ride in a Fast Machine.
