Fresh from our 3pm concert, star cellist Sheku Kanneh-Mason joins forces with our cello section for this free performance.
In his Bachianas Brasileiras, Heitor Villa-Lobos takes inspiration from Bach, fusing Baroque structures and techniques with the rhythms and melodies of Brazilian popular music. The result is evocative and hugely enjoyable.
