Talent Development
The Philharmonia is committed to nurturing, showcasing and stretching the next generation of musicians through its talent development programmes. It connects an annual cohort of young artists to the membership and wider life of the Philharmonia, providing valuable industry experience. Our schemes champion diversity and mitigate some of the barriers to participation in classical music.
