Visit the fascinating Foundling Museum in Bloomsbury and enjoy a recital from one of our MMSF flute Fellow, Ellie Blamires.

Ellie enjoys a diverse career of solo, chamber and orchestral work. Most recently a member of Southbank Sinfonia, she now regularly performs with many of the country’s leading orchestras. Ellie is a founding member of the multi-award winning wind quintet, Ensemble Renard, who gave their debut recital at the Aldeburgh Festival in 2023. Ellie studied Music at New College, Oxford, before completing a Master’s at the Royal Academy of Music, where her studies were generously supported by Help Musicians UK and the Countess of Munster Trust.
