2024/25 Bedford season
We return to our Bedford home for another season featuring top soloists and beloved repertoire.
We’ve got some real treats for you this season, including fantastic symphonies by Sibelius, Mendelssohn and Tchaikovsky, and Rachmaninov’s beloved Second Piano Concerto.
Our Principal Conductor Santtu-Matias Rouvali returns to Bedford in November. He’s joined by one of the most exciting names on the British classical music scene: saxophonist Jess Gillam.
And in December, the Philharmonia’s superb brass players take centre stage for the first time for an evening of seasonal music.
Our opening concert forms part of Nordic Soundscapes, our autumn series exploring the relationship between music, nature and the climate crisis from a Nordic perspective.
