Schools and Music Hubs
We work closely with Music Education Hubs in South West London and in the Orchestra’s residencies of Leicester, Bedford, Canterbury and Basingstoke to deliver projects and initiatives that support each Hub’s strategic aims and nurture the next generation of musical talent.

Our work
We work closely with a wide number of schools and the Music Education Hubs in South West London and in the Orchestra’s residencies of Leicester, Bedford, Canterbury and Basingstoke. We deliver projects and initiatives that support teachers, enhance the musical experience and knowledge of students, and work toward each Hub’s strategic aims.
We focus on CPD and INSET for teachers; coaching, masterclasses, and performance opportunities for student ensembles, collaborations for in-depth composition and theory projects, and may more besides.
“Learning from Philharmonia players… has motivated me to improve.”
