Classical music sensation and Royal Albert Hall associate artist Anna Lapwood brings the organ to the fore in her Royal Albert Hall headline debut, in a concert featuring the Philharmonia Chorus and conducted by André de Ridder.
This special concert will include two new commissions: the premiere of a work for organ, chorus and orchestra, written for Lapwood by acclaimed composer Max Richter, and a piece by exciting young composer Kristina Arakelyan, alongside renditions of Hans Zimmer’s Chevaliers de Sangreal and Interstellar Suite, and Camille Saint Saëns’s beloved Symphony No. 3.
