Foundling Museum: MMSF Fellow Lunchtime Recital

Programme

Holly’s love of music first began in brass bands.  She moved to London in 2019 after being awarded a full Scholarship at the Royal Academy of Music. In 2022, she was a semi-finalist of the Ellsworth Smith International Trumpet Competition.  Holly is also a dedicated chamber musician. She has enjoyed performing with the London Sinfonietta and the Academy of St Martin in the Fields as principal trumpet. She is also a member of the newly founded brass quintet, London Central Brass, who were winners of the 2023 Musicians Company Brass Ensemble Prize and winners of the 2023 Philip Jones International Brass Ensemble Prize.  Holly has worked with the London Philharmonic Orchestra, London Symphony Orchestra, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, BBC Philharmonic Orchestra, BBC National Orchestra of Wales, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, Royal Northern Sinfonia and London Mozart Players.
